Walter Property is a real estate advisory firm located in Germany operating throughout Europe. We focus on raising capital from property investors with Pan-European strategies for direct real estate investment opportunities managed and operated by specialized investment managers.
Walter Property was founded in 2014 by Raphael Walter, a native of Geneva with a legal background and international private equity real estate experience. Since 2005, Raphael Walter advised Middle East private equity funds and was a dialogue partner to ultimate corporate shareholders. He structured transactions and led complex negotiations on C-level in context of equity and debt-oriented investments into real estate, including corporate recapitalization and restructuring throughout EU, CEE and CIS regions.
Walter Property works with a wide range of real estate investors with focus on Western and Eastern Europe. Our long-standing relationships comprise institutional and semi-institutional investors with core, value-add and distressed real estate strategies. Knowing these investors’ strategic objectives in detail, our role is to identify, facilitate, and provide access to opportunities, operated and managed by selected investment managers.
We have cultivated a network of specialized investment managers throughout Europe with a variety of investment opportunities and different management platforms.
